Thanks for posting. It apears to me that certain business was still active after communist took over Mainland China until the culture revolution. Not sure if there were few leaks that were sent via Hongkong to US during Culture Revolution. I've seen some covers that were done by using forwading addresses which were placed after they arrived at Hongkong.
I guess sending a letter which destinating US address during culture revolution was a great risk.
