We refuse commercial Russian and Belarusian shipments and money transfers

From March 1. Money transfers to or from Russia and Belarus have been suspended
at Lietuvos paštas and PayPost branches. Also from March 2. Lithuanian Post suspends
the sending of commercial parcels, ie parcels sent by business customers, to Russia
and Belarus.
"We show solidarity with the whole world and do what we can. We have decided to stop
commercial shipments to Russia and Belarus, and we have not made any remittances
since today, thus consistently contributing to restrictions on the flow of financial flows,
”says Asta Sungailienė, General Manager of Lithuanian Post.
Commercial shipments to Russia and Belarus will be suspended from March 2.
Until this date, the aim will be to deliver commercial items submitted by customers to
Lietuvos paštas, despite the disrupted international logistics with the mentioned countries.
Subsequently, shipments from Russia to Belarus will no longer be accepted.
Lietuvos Paštas also announced that all Russian and Belarusian goods had been
withdrawn from trade at post offices, the distribution of Russian and Belarusian
publications in the entire territory of the country was being stopped, and trade in
the Republic Group's publications was being suspended.
